High Efficiency Urinal Rebate
Replace your old 1 gallon per flush urinal with a new WaterSense labeled urinal that uses less than a pint, and receive a rebate.
High Efficiency Urinal Rebate Program
The Town of Windsor is offering rebates of up to $300 per fixture to Windsor businesses that retrofit older urinals with high efficiency pint flush or waterless models. An older urinal is one that uses a gallon or more per flush. Participation must be pre-approved through the completion of a brief water use assessment of your business. To schedule an appointment, call a water conservation representative at 838-5357 during regular business hours, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Thursday.

High-Efficiency Toilets and Water-Saving Fixtures
Santa Rosa Water customers may be eligible to receive up to two replacement high-efficiency toilets, as well as showerheads and faucet aerators for kitchens and bathrooms installed by qualified plumbers — at no cost. Funding for this project has been provided in part from the United States Bureau of Reclamation’s WaterSmart grant program. To see more program details, visit www.srcity.org/Toilets.
Landscape Efficiency Rebate
Efficient landscapes can be achieved through a number of strategies, including efficient irrigation devices and equipment, and soil maintenance. You may be eligible for rebates when you install district-qualified water efficient landscape equipment, including drip irrigation systems, water pressure-regulating devices, check valves, multi-stream rotating sprinkler nozzles (for lawn areas only), rain shut-off devices, mulch, and soil conditioner/amendment. If approved, you will receive 75 percent of the actual cost of NMWD-approved items, up to a maximum of $200 for residential customers (50% for mulch and soil amendments).
Large Landscape Water Audit Program
NMWD has a landscape audit program for Novato non-residential irrigated, large landscape areas. Thorough on-site audits can be performed to make sure that water is being applied efficiently to help reduce the business cost of water, and may include a “catch can” test, flow tests, and irrigation inspections and scheduling. Audits may only be scheduled from April through July only. Please call NMWD at (415) 761-8944 to schedule an audit.
