Curious about drip irrigation but not sure where to start? You’re not alone—irrigation can feel overwhelming, technical, or even a little scary at first. Daily Acts is here to help!
Join Daily Acts for a FREE, bilingual hands-on drip irrigation workshop where you’ll learn alongside others while giving back to the McDowell Elementary School garden. Together, help install a new drip irrigation system that will support students, teachers, and the school garden for years to come.
Led by irrigation expert Willian Soriano, this program will teach you how to design and install a drip irrigation system. Your support will be much appreciated!
Topics will include:
- How drip irrigation improves water efficiency and plant health
- Hands-on practice with materials, fittings, and assembly
- How to design an irrigation layout based on plant water needs
- Best practices for maintaining a healthy irrigation system and garden
- Troubleshooting tips to help irrigation feel approachable—not intimidating
*NOTE*: Lunch will be provided for all who attend!
Whether you’re a beginner, seasoned gardener, neighbor, or someone who just wants to help kids and learn something new, you are welcome here. Come ready to learn, get a little dirty, and be part of something that makes a lasting difference.
