By checking the box above, I agree to release the County of Sonoma, the Sonoma County Water Agency, the Cities of Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Petaluma, Sonoma, Healdsburg, Cotati, and Cloverdale, North Marin, Valley of the Moon, and Marin Municipal Water Districts, the Town of Windsor, California American Water, California Native Plant Society Milo Baker Chapter, Zero Waste, and Sonoma County Master Gardeners, their officers, employees and agents, and all volunteers and home-owners participating with the Eco-Friendly Garden Tour collectively the “Participating Entities”, from all liability, claims, demands, damages, actions or causes of action arising out of any injury to or death of any person, or any damage to or destruction of property, occurring during or in connection with the Eco-Friendly Garden Tour, whether or not such injury, death, damage or destruction is a caused, or alleged to be caused, by the active or passive negligence of the Participating Entities. This waiver also provides permission to Sonoma Water and its contractors to use any images and videos taken of participating gardens for programmatic advertising and outreach for the Sonoma-Marin Saving Water Partnership.

I understand that no one will be permitted to participate in or observe the Eco-Friendly Garden Tour unless he or she signs this Liability Waiver and Release. I understand that by signing this Liability Waiver and Release, I will be forever prevented from suing or otherwise making claims against the Participating Entities for any property loss or personal injury that I may sustain while participating in or preparing for the Eco-Friendly Garden Tour. I understand that this Liability Waiver and Release will apply to additional guests and to children under the age of 18 for whom I am either the parent or legal guardian who are accompanying me on the Eco-Friendly Garden Tour.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that I am over the age of 18 and have carefully read this Liability Waiver and Release, that I fully understand it, and that I am freely and voluntarily executing it.
