The 2023 Training Survey Drawing is sponsored by Sonoma Water (“Sponsor”). No fee, purchase or subscription is necessary to enter or win the 2023 Training Survey Drawing (“Drawing”). The Drawing is subject to the complete Official Rules listed herein.

1. Eligibility:
   a. To be eligible to enter or win the Drawing you must be a person that is at least 18 years of age and an attendant of the December 14-15, 2023, QWEL Rainwater Catchment class.
   
   b. Employees, directors and officers of the Sponsor and their immediate family members, and/or members of their households, are not eligible to participate in and/or win the Drawing.
   c. By participating in the Drawing, you agree that:
   i. The information provided by you in the entry form will be used by Sponsor to contact you;
   ii. In the event that you are a winner, the Sponsor may use your name, voice, and likenesses for advertising and future promotion purposes without paying you additional compensation. This includes the right to publish, distribute, and republish said name, voice, and likeness in any and/or all current or future media outlets.
2. Drawing Deadline:
   The deadline to enter the Drawing is December 22, 2023, 11:59:59 p.m. (PDT).
3. Prizes:
   A winner will be randomly selected to receive one gift card valued at $25.
4. Odds of Winning:
   Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.
5. How to Participate in these Drawings:
   a. You may enter by submitting a completed training survey: https://www.savingwaterpartnership.org/qwel-rainwater-catchment-training-survey/

Limit one (1) entry per household. The Survey must be completed before the date and time listed in (2) above.
b. The Sponsor is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, loss, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information from the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any website or any combination thereof. The Sponsor is not responsible for mail-in entries that are lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or not otherwise delivered. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
c. Your entry will be disqualified, at the discretion of the Sponsor, if you (or if you attempt) to (i) enter the Drawing through any means other than as described in these Official Rules; (ii) submit an entry that results in more than one entry received from your household; or (iii) to disrupt the Drawing, circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, or in any way tamper with the Drawing. If either of the above occurs, the Sponsor has the right to remedy any such action, disruption, or circumvention, and to seek damages from you to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Selection of the Winner:
   a. The winner will be selected through a Drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about January 2nd, 2023. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify scheduling of the Drawing without prior notice.
   b. The winner may be required to sign and return any applicable documents sent by Sponsor related to the Drawing which may include but are not limited to, a letter of prize acceptance, waiver of liability, and/or an affidavit of eligibility, within 14 days of notification attempt. Failure to return any requested documents in the time noted will result in disqualification of the entry and the random selection of an alternate winner.
   c. If the winner does not comply with the Official Rules of the Drawing, he or she will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
   d. Return of any prize or prize notification as “undeliverable” will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.
7. Notification:
   The winner will be notified by email, telephone or letter at the email and/or phone number and/or street address on the entry submitted to the Sponsor. The Sponsor is not responsible for notifications that are misdirected or not received because of phone numbers or mailing addresses that are no longer correct. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during 10 business days from the first notification attempt, such person may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable may result in the award of the prize to an alternate winner. The prize is non-transferable and no substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed. The Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.
8. Conditions:
   By participating in the Drawing, you agree to release and hold the Sponsor and its directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from any and all injuries, losses, damages, rights, claims, demands, liabilities, expenses and actions of any kind in connection with the Drawings, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by you or a third party. Sponsor makes no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, regarding the prizes, including without limitation, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Drawing is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law and are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating in the Drawing, you also agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Drawings or these Official Rules. All decisions regarding the Drawings, including, but not limited to, selecting the winner, will be made by the Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes associated with winning the prize.
9. List of Winners:
   To obtain a winner’s list, you must mail by January 31, 2023, a self-addressed stamped envelope, accompanied by a hand-printed request, to “Drawing Winner”, 2023 Training Survey, Sonoma Water, 404 Aviation Blvd, Santa Rosa, CA 95403.
10. Choice of Law:
    The Drawings shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any action regarding the Drawings shall be brought in the County of Sonoma. Drawing rules are subject to change at any time without notice.
