Nonfunctional Turf AB 1572 Event Survey

The Sonoma-Marin Saving Water Partnership is planning an informational event for January 28, 2027 about California AB 1572 which will prohibit the use of potable (drinking) water to irrigate nonfunctional turf (lawns that serve no recreational or community purpose) at most commercial, industrial, and institutional properties, including common areas managed by homeowner associations. This event will be focused on bringing together HOA and Commercial property managers, board members and decision makers to answer your questions about upcoming AB 1572 deadlines, connect you with resources, and to encourage discussion and strategies about how to comply.
