This section of River Road has been adopted by Russian Riverkeeper and they need help keeping it clean! Grab trash before rains and wind sweep it into the waters where it can cause harm to people and animals. They look forward to working together for a cleaner watershed!
When you arrive at the pullout at the Mirabel Park and Ride at 9 am, check-in with Carol or Danny who will be wearing a yellow safety vest.
From the check-in location, volunteers will be able to choose various locations along River Road to clean up based on where the trash is. Supplies will be provided if needed at check-in, but you are encouraged to bring any personal items you may need for a two hour cleanup. Boots and heavy pants are recommended.
